Certified sales coach and sales consultant

I coach founders, sales heads and sales teams to win more of the right deals, drawing on 27 years of carrying a quota and running sales across four regions. Coaching is one-to-one or with your team, on live deals, in person in Pune or online anywhere.

Sales strategy development

  • Sales performance improvementFinding where deals stall and fixing the cause.
  • Sales and marketing alignmentA one-page agreement on what a qualified lead is and who does what.

  • CRM and reportingThe handful of numbers leadership should see every week.

Is this your sales team right now?

They send emails and make calls but barely get replies. They are uncomfortable handling objections and closing. They know the product but struggle to sell it. Every salesperson does it differently, and morale drops with every lost deal. If that sounds familiar, it is fixable. It is a skills and structure problem, not a motivation problem.

Leadership development and team building

Many of the sales problems I see are leadership problems underneath. New managers promoted from top salesperson who have never been taught to coach. Teams with no shared view of what good looks like. I work with sales leaders on decision-making, communication and running a team, so they build groups that are motivated, aligned and able to deliver in a fast-moving market.

Customer service that keeps the revenue

Winning a client is half the job. As a Chief Customer Officer I learned how much revenue depends on what happens after the sale. I help companies streamline service processes, build a client-focused culture and turn service teams into a source of renewals and referrals.

Frequently asked questions

What does a sales coach do?

A sales coach works with individual salespeople or sales leaders on their real deals and habits, helping them sell more effectively. Unlike a one-off training, coaching runs over weeks or months and focuses on changing behaviour.

What is the difference between a sales coach, a sales trainer and a sales consultant?

A sales trainer teaches skills to a group, usually in workshops. A sales coach works with individuals over time on their own deals. A sales consultant fixes the sales system: process, structure, hiring and reporting. I do all three, depending on what the problem needs.

How long does sales coaching take?

Most coaching runs for three to six months, with a session every two weeks. That gives enough time to work through several live deals and build new habits.

How does sales training increase revenue?

Better qualification, objection handling and closing raise conversion at every stage of the funnel. Even small improvements in win rate and deal size add up quickly across a whole team.

Do you offer sales training in India?

Yes. I run sales training in person in Pune and other Indian cities, and online for teams anywhere.

Are you a certified sales coach?

Yes. I am a certified sales coach, with 27 years of sales and sales leadership experience across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
